Place program is facilitating the collaborative development process of the Eco-village involving the developer, the tenants, the design team, and community stakeholders, acts as a liaison between government agencies, neighborhood organizations, and the development team, and has developed the social and environmental performance and programming goals of the project.
As facilitator, Place is working to identify and recruit core tenants and make strong alliances with community partners. Future Place educational events will include stakeholder meetings and Integrative Design workshops.
