The Green Village Philadelphia Board is excited to announce that it is working with the Enterprise Management Consulting Program at the Fox School of Business, Temple University.
This summer board members, Lynn and Terrie, met with TL Hill, EMC Managing Director, to discuss GVP’s various strategic business planning needs and to learn if Fox offered assistance to new and growing non-profit organizations. TL invited GVP to become a client for the EMC’s graduate student project.
On September 10, several GVP Board members met with the EMC team, a group of six second-year graduate MBA students. The EMC student team will work with the GVP board to assist us with developing a business model, proforma and equity raising program to support GVP’s development of the first Eco-village in Philadelphia. The students will deliver their final report at the end of the fall semester.
The GVP is more than delighted to be working with such an intelligent and enthusiastic student team and is hopeful, that this effort will be a challenging and rewarding experience for the students as well as GVP. If you would like to learn more about this project, please contact Lindsay or Max, Board liaisons to the EMC team.
